Airalo is looking for a Strategy Director to join its growing Strategy team and become a driver in shaping the strategic direction of the company. This position will support in driving critical strategic initiatives and contribute to the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy consulting or a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business strategy and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategy planning and execution
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making across areas such as market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee the implementation of the PMO driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress against key metrics.
  • Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to the strategy team.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
• Performance management & OKRs
  • Own the design and evolution of the OKR framework.
  • Drive company-wide OKR cycles (setting, alignment, tracking).
  • Support and lead
