We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA to join our Global Talent Department in Barcelona.
In this role, you will support recruitment activities across EMEA, managing multiple requisitions across different countries, functions, and seniority levels, in alignment with business needs and global Talent Acquisition processes. Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager , you will act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner for hiring managers across the business. This is a 360 recruitment role with ownership across the full hiring lifecycle, requiring proactivity, accountability, and the ability to navigate today’s talent market while delivering a smooth recruitment process and strong candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, consultative, and experienced in headhunting and talent advisory, with the ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced international environment.
What you will do Manage multiple recruitment processes and requisitions simultaneously across EMEA, covering different business areas and seniority levels. Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor to hiring managers across the business. Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through headhunting and market mapping.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and other recruitment channels. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights. Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, and recruitment process updates across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within iCIMS and ensure process compliance. Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and recruitment best practices.
Bring solutions and recommendations to hiring challenges and market complexities.
What we are looking for ~4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within an international environment. ~ Strong experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing. ~ Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across different markets and functions. ~ Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders across different seniority levels. ~ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS. ~ Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability. ~ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. ~ Professional fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. ~ Based in Barcelona or already living within commuting distance.
