Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Researcher performs a dual role, combining strategic execution in talent attraction with administrative management of recruitment processes, ensuring efficient outcomes, full traceability, and alignment with the organization’s standards.This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent that strengthens the positioning of SHA as a global leader in luxury wellness.
Through a proactive direct search approach and a strong understanding of the market, it drives effective talent mapping and attraction strategies.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Lead end-to-end talent sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct search (headhunting) within the luxury hospitality and wellness sectors.
- Identify and map high-potential talent across key markets, competitors, and luxury brands.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for critical and niche roles.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical competencies, language proficiency, and alignment with SHA values.
- Ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage market insights, benchmarking, and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of recruitment activities and KPIs.
- Strengthen SHA’s employer brand within the luxury hospitality and wellness talent market.
- Manage and optimize the use of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized databases, luxury job portals).
- Conduct candidate screening through recruitment platforms.
- Manage administrative processes to ensure the candidate’s successful onboarding.
- Follow up on recruitment processes with area managers and define the appropriate candidate search profile.
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
- Valuable: Postgraduate or specialization in Recruitment or Headhunting.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Researcher roles.
- Demonstrable experience in the tourism sector, luxury hospitality, or wellness.
- Solid experience in direct search and capturing passive profiles.
- 'Hands-on' approach: ability to manage daily recruitment operations with autonomy.
- English: Advanced Level (C1/C2). Essential for interaction with international candidates and stakeholders.
- Spanish: Native or highly fluent.
