Talent acquistion with french/temporary contract/37 to (h/m/x)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner Iberia & France, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that drives the company’s international growth. Your work will have a direct impact on building strong teams across strategic business areas, partnering closely with managers and stakeholders to support key talent decisions. You will also actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects within a dynamic multinational environment.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with previous experience in end-to-end recruitment within multinational and matrix environments, ideally managing a wide range of corporate and business profiles in B2B or industrial sectors.

Fluent English is mandatory, and French is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic roles

You will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate and technical positions across operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and other business functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience.

• Partner with international stakeholders and hiring managers

You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across Iberia and France to understand business needs and define effective talent acquisition strategies.

You will contribute to strategic projects focused on strengthening employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and building long-term talent pipelines.
