As a Talent Acquisition Partner Iberia & France, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that drives the company’s international growth. Your work will have a direct impact on building strong teams across strategic business areas, partnering closely with managers and stakeholders to support key talent decisions. You will also actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects within a dynamic multinational environment.
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in end-to-end recruitment within multinational and matrix environments, ideally managing a wide range of corporate and business profiles in B2B or industrial sectors.
Fluent English is mandatory, and French is considered a strong plus.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for corporate and technical positions across operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and other business functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and an excellent candidate experience.
You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across Iberia and France to understand business needs and define effective talent acquisition strategies.
