Freelance Recruitment Consultant and support international hiring projects across multiple markets. In this role, you will identify suitable candidates, understand role requirements, and contribute to a smooth and professional hiring process.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels

Collaborate with the team lead to understand role requirements

Create job advertisements and perform sourcing activities

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Enjoy a flexible remote setup, allowing you to manage your own schedule and workload.

Requirements

Headhunting skills or some outbound CX

Good level of English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms

Strong communication xugodme and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
