Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management.
Collaborate with country programs to understand branch operational needs, identify reusable integral capabilities, evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities. Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management.
