Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Engineer with strong technical expertise and conversational English to manage engineering projects in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and experience overseeing projects from planning through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project requirements during the bidding phase and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid recommendations.
- Support project execution during procurement and production, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Monitor technical deliverables, including drawings, specifications, reports, and project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, and civil works activities.
- Supervise on-site installation to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and validate subcontractor progress and work certifications.
- Support Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- Experience managing engineering or construction projects.
- Conversational English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Palma de Mallorca.
