About the Opportunity：

We are seeking a Database Operations Engineer (DBA) to support a leading global automotive company. This role focuses on ensuring the daily stability of database systems, performance optimization, security policy implementation, and cloud database maintenance (AWS, Azure) to support the company's growing digital infrastructure in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and maintain the daily operations of databases to ensure normal system functioning.

· Monitor database performance, identify, and resolve basic faults and performance issues.

· Implement database security policies and assist in ensuring data security and integrity.

· Provide user support and resolve common database issues encountered during use.

· Assist in writing and updating database operations documentation to ensure accuracy.

· Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT teams on database configuration and integration.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

·Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (equivalent overseas education).

Work Experience

·3+ years of experience in database management and operations. Familiarity with mainstream database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, as well as maintaining cloud database products like AWS and Azure.

Certification Requirements

·Database-related certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator) are preferred.

Skills Requirements

·Familiarity with basic database architecture design and maintenance techniques.

·Proficiency in basic database performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.

·Strong ability to execute security policies and assist in ensuring data security and integrity.

·Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with other team members.

·Strong documentation skills, able to assist in writing and maintaining database operations documentation.

Language Requirements

·Fluent English communication skills, capable of professional oral and written communication.

·Proficiency in Chinese or other foreign languages is preferred (e.g., Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic, etc.).

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role based in Madrid, Spain, involving close collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams to drive database stability and integration.
