Night Manager (Full-Time) – Sea Recovery Centre

Sea Recovery Centre is seeking a reliable, calm, and responsible Night Supervisor to oversee operations during night shifts on a full-time basis. This hands-on role combines overnight supervision, client support, safety management, and operational coordination, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the night.

Role Overview The Night Supervisor is responsible for the overall running of the centre during night hours. You will maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment, provide non-clinical support to clients, and respond appropriately to any situations that arise overnight.

This role plays a key part in supporting the therapeutic programme by ensuring stability, consistency, and professionalism outside of daytime hours, while maintaining clear boundaries and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overnight Operations & Environment
  • Oversee all night-time operations of the centre
  • Maintain a calm, quiet, and secure environment conducive to recovery
  • Ensure the centre is orderly and prepared for daytime operations
  • Client Safety & Support
  • Provide non-clinical support and reassurance to clients during the night
  • Monitor client wellbeing and presence throughout the shift
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to client needs or disturbances
  • Safeguarding & Incident Response
  • Follow all safeguarding protocols and escalation procedures
  • Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, or unexpected situations
  • Maintain clear communication with senior staff when escalation is required
  • Observation & Reporting (Non-Clinical)
  • Observe and report any changes in client mood, behaviour, or wellbeing
  • Complete accurate shift reports, incident logs, and handovers
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, timely, and compliant
  • Security & Risk Awareness
  • Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security at all times
  • Conduct regular checks of the facility
  • Identify and proactively manage potential risks
  • Professional Presence & Boundaries
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring, and professional presence at all times
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Represent Sea Recovery Centre in line with its high service standards
  • Team Communication & Handover
  • Provide clear and structured handovers to the day team
  • Work in alignment with clinical, support, and operational teams

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) xohynlm
  • Legal right to work in Spain
  • Calm, responsible, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions at night
  • Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and punctuality
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, or similar environments (preferred)
