Coordinate and ensure the correct operation of the production of treated water, guaranteeing compliance with quality, efficiency and safety parameters. Lead the production/operation team, optimize treatment, maintenance, and operation processes, and implement continuous improvements in the plant.
Main functions (Reporting to the Project Manager):
Collaborate with the construction management in technical and economic planning.
Verify that quality protocols are complied with in materials and processes.
Collaborate with the prevention technician to ensure safety at work
Track costs and production (certifications, measurements, daily reports).
Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and comparison of offers .
Collaborate with engineering to resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual conditions on site.
University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Process) or technical training of equivalent level.
Complementary training in water treatment, membrane technologies, dosing systems, etc., Management of project control systems
Fluent English (especially if the company has an international background) – a common requirement at Whitewater.
Effective communication with management, suppliers and subcontractors.
