Adam Cartwright

I am a versatile professional, with an extensive background in both policing and the security industries. Working within these industries has given me the tools to be adaptable, flexible and confident in my own abilities. It has also given me a keen eye for detail and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.

I have been lucky enough to have not only worked on my own and as part of a team, but also managing a successful one. With this role, I gained experience in areas such as: project management, recruitment, finance and accounting, marketing, advertising and creating policies and procedures.

As part of my own self interests, I have recently qualified from a UX Designers course provided by Google and Coursera, and am looking not only to improve on my skill set, but to make a career in UX and graphic design. Some of the skills that this path has given me so far is: User Experience Design (UXD), competitor audits and reports, researching , wireframes, prototyping, Adobe XD & Illustrator, Figma and Usability Testing.
