I’m a Work, Organizational & Personnel Psychology graduate with hands-on experience in team leadership, recruitment & selection, and learning & development. Studying and working across 3 foreign countries in the last 2 years opened my eyes to the power of diverse, inclusive workplaces - and sparked my commitment to helping build them. I’m devoted to promoting employee well-being and creating environments where everyone feels they belong.
My most recent experience is in the Learning & Development area, where I gained experience in designing leadership training programs for external clients in a consultancy. Before that, I led a team of 7-15 people at a non-profit organization where I managed full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, as well as designed training and educational content.
I hold a joint Master's degree in Work, Organizational & Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and University of Bologna. I gained extensive practical and multicultural experience studying and working across 3 different countries (Spain, Italy, Canada).
