Oversight and execution of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance training including identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating learning opportunities for Medical Information Specialists and Pharmacovigilance Operations Specialists.

• Identify and align training needs of the Medical Information/Pharmacovigilance (MI/PV) AMERS team. This training includes all training required for the specialists such as, soft skills, processes and systems.
