My professional journey has been rooted in ESG and real estate investment.

I currently serve as an ESG, Investor Relations, and Capital Raising Associate at Generali Real Estate, where I lead ESG strategy integration across pan-European investment funds. I manage the full ESG value chain (from regulatory compliance and climate risk to reporting and benchmarking) while acting as the primary contact for ESG-related matters.

I hold both the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designation and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, which strengthen my ability to align financial performance with sustainability goals.

Previously, I worked as an ESG Consultant at RINA, advising investment management firms on EU regulations such as SFDR and the EU Taxonomy, and GRESB assessment process.

I began my career as a Real Estate Analyst at Aura RE, focusing on market analysis and the valuation of non-performing loans.

Academically, I earned a Master’s degree in Management of Built Environment from Politecnico di Milano, with a focus on business economics, valuation, and financial management of real estate. My thesis explored “The impact of ESG factors on financial performance: Evidence from the European publicly traded REIT market.”

Prior to that, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Architecture, also at Politecnico di Milano, where I developed a strong foundation in urban planning and construction engineering.

I hold both the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designation and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, which reinforce my ability to align financial performance with sustainability goals.
