• Sourcing models for use in ecom shoots, commercial and campaigns.
• Developing relationships with UK & international model agencies to secure the best quality models.
• Negotiating the best possible rates for all bookings.
• Managing the budget efficiently.
• Liaising with the lead stylist and lead photographer regularly.
• Daily casting for ecom models for multiple brands.
• Administration relating to budgets and purchase orders and following company procedure.
• Sourcing new talent through agencies and other sources.
• Staying up-to date with changes in working practices relating to the industry.
• Working in advance and f peak periods to secure options.
