I am a Remote Operations & Administrative Assistant with a diverse background across environmental conservation, education, alternative tourism and social impact projects. My experience sits at the intersection of coordination, logistics, guest and community care, and clear communication – always in mission-driven contexts. Over the past years I have worked as a reservations and logistics assistant, program and reservations assistant, project coordinator, outdoor activities guide and environmental educator.
In practice, this has meant creating and managing booking systems, organizing daily operations, coordinating guides and teams, communicating with international clients, supporting outreach and education programs, and helping to keep small organizations running smoothly behind the scenes. I enjoy bringing order, clarity and warmth into complex, people-centered environments. I am comfortable managing calendars, bookings, emails, basic data entry and reporting, as well as supporting social media, website content updates and simple digital materials using tools like Canva and WordPress.
I am used to working independently and remotely, but I also thrive in collaborative, multicultural teams. My work has been strongly connected to causes I care about: marine and coastal conservation, environmental education, community-based projects and responsible tourism. I have supported NGOs, small companies and citizen science initiatives, often combining operational tasks with education, facilitation and interpretation for visitors, volunteers and local communities.
