conducted audits of bank facilities, prepared and published weekly MIS reports, and managed queues. He also served in mortgage operations and anti-money laundering, where he was responsible for verifying customers' identities, assessing risks, detecting and reporting suspicious transactions, and delivering work on time and with utmost quality.
My notable achievements such as handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a newly developed security tool, identifying multiple bugs and errors, and reducing response time of the automation tool. He is cross-trained on refunds and has enhanced customer experience by coming up with innovative ideas.
