Tender Intelligence Agent (Open Source)

Designed and led the development of an AI-assisted tender intelligence platform using Claude Code as the primary implementation agent, focusing on architecture, workflow design, prompt iteration and technical decision-making rather than manual coding.

Architected a modular multi-provider scraping pipeline where each source implements an independent provider, allowing new procurement portals to be added without affecting existing integrations.

Built an end-to-end workflow that discovers public tenders, persists opportunities in a database, evaluates them with Google Gemini, and automatically delivers prioritized email reports based on business relevance.

Designed structured LLM evaluation prompts and scoring criteria to identify software development opportunities while minimizing irrelevant results.

Used AI as an engineering partner to iteratively design, review and refine the system while maintaining responsibility for architecture, validation, testing and production readiness.
