I have supported trials from site selection and activation through conduct and close-out, working across Spain, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and France for sponsors including Astellas, MSD and Boehringer Ingelheim.

What has consistently defined my work is the combination of operational problem-solving and relationship-building - understanding what sites and investigators actually need, removing barriers, and translating that ground-level intelligence into decisions that protect patient access and study performance. In roles spanning Senior CRA, Site Relationship Lead and Clinical Site Manager, I have worked at the intersection of clinical execution and strategic partnership, contributing to feasibility, recruitment strategy, protocol optimization and vendor coordination in complex oncology environments.

I am currently exploring new opportunities in site engagement, patient recruitment, clinical partnerships and operations roles where relationships and patient-centred thinking are at the core. I am especially drawn to organisations working at the intersection of oncology, innovation and patient access. I have a growing interest in how AI and emerging technologies are transforming clinical trial delivery - from smarter feasibility and site selection to data-driven recruitment strategies and improved patient access across the full study lifecycle.

As Clinical Site Manager (Astellas/ICON FSP) and previously Site Relationship Lead and Senior CRA at Syneos Health, I have supported Phase I–III oncology trials across Spain, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and France. Managed site portfolios from activation through close-out, with hands-on focus on enrollment performance, protocol compliance and issue escalation.

In the Site Relationship Lead role at Syneos Health, I owned a portfolio of high-performing EU oncology sites, maintaining deep intelligence on their capabilities, patient pathways, therapeutic focus and institutional priorities. I delivered strategic feasibility input for RFI/RFP and award activities, translating investigator interest and operational reality into clear recommendations on site selection, country mix and timelines. I contributed to protocol and operational design - including inclusion/exclusion criteria, visit schedules and procedure burden - to strengthen feasibility and retention.

I managed framework agreements, led structured site assessments, participated in KOL forums and advocacy groups, and developed site networks that accelerated early planning decisions across complex oncology programs.

Earlier experience at PAREXEL and Boehringer Ingelheim (FSP) consolidated a strong CRA foundation across oncology and ophthalmology, and TFS provided the operational grounding across study start-up, site management and GCP compliance.

Formally trained in clinical research through two specialised master's programmes in clinical trial monitoring and trial management, building on a Bachelor's in Biology. Currently expanding into AI and data literacy through the Anthropic AI fundamentals programme and McKinsey Forward.
