During the last 12 years I’ve been working in multinational companies & startups leading organizations to digitization; I have collaborated closely with developers to draw the operational roadmap and the design and implementation of CRMs.

Since 2016, I have started a new professional path, bringing technical knowledge closer to commercial profiles, having the amazing responsibility of creating, defining and introducing through learning strategies new processes, tools and upskilling every area of my colleagues.

Thanks to this amazing journey, I am dedicating myself to create engaging and fulfilling learning and development experiences to support business strategy for more than 1200 people in Iberia with the goal to drive the best possible employee experience and journey.
