I am seeking a new challenging position in Digital Client Services where I can leverage my expertise in Client Management, Digital Marketing, and Project Coordinator to drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the accounts.

Primary liaison, nurturing connections with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
Evaluate client needs through diverse channels: Technical SEO, Content, Outreach, PR.
Organic growth: +18% 2022 vs 2023 collaborate in new business initiatives (5 new clients)
Work closely with the OR teams. Ensure prompt solution delivery to meet client objectives.
Transparent progress updates provided to internal and external stakeholders during monthly meetings and client´s presentations (budget, delivery, and profitability).
