• Controlling stock for more than 150 stores in Spain and Portugal
• Creating catalogues for the purchasing department allowing them to record orders for each type of clothing, and to control the number of units per size each store will receive per item
• Configuring promotions and discounts
• Managing supplier orders by launching the store-pack and barcode data ahead of the service date
• Creating reports with the weekly sales of each item of clothing for the planning, purchasing and designing departments
• Using the different Tendam software such as: the AS400 based ERP to control what was sent out to stores from the warehouse, ToolsGroup JustEnough software to automatically replenish each store based on their weekly turnover, Hermes Software, and others.
