Hi! I'm Carlos, a multidisciplinary certified 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with a strong foundation in business strategy and digital team management.⁣

My goal is to conceive digital products that not only meet 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 but also provide significant 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀, addressing their needs. This is achieved by 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, always starting with 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗩𝗣𝘀 and continuously 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 on the implementation of 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.⁣

I firmly believe in the importance of establishing 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 statements for each initiative, managing 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 smartly, understanding their 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 and, consistently “𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘅" to collectively come up with efficient solutions to achieve success. My 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 and ability to 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 teams have allowed me to build successful products and 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 with the different teams and clients.⁣

• Lead the development strategy and continuous improvement of the BOT virtual assistant, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience.
• Collaborate closely with technical, commercial and design teams to define and prioritize features, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Analyze data and key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide evidence-based strategic decisions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the performance and usability of the BOT virtual assistant.
• Definition and prioritisation of the tasks that need to be carried out.
• Supervision and monitoring the progress of tasks and projects.
• Collecting and analysing strategic data such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and FTEs (Full Time Equivalent).
• Ensure actions are aligned with business objectives and financial investment.
• Strategically drive projects and deliverables in an agile environment, adapting them as necessary to be delivered in the most efficient way possible.
• Manage risk by assessing and mitigating potential impediments associated with technology implementation and process changes.
