The tasks were: Management of human and material resources. In contact with the logistics department, managing the arrival of the components and the unloading according the offloading/lifting plan performed by the cranes’s company, check all the equipment and tools. Attend meetings with clients.
Take decisions on site and propose solutions to hypothetical problems that may occur. Schedule work with the team leader of the subtracted company and try to finish the project on deadlines. Supervise the entire assembly and internal work (wiring, finishing ...) according to the procedures.
Coordinate all activities on site. In charge of thirty-forty people during the construction phase.
