Today I work with high-achievers who are at that same crossroads, successful on paper, but quietly exhausted. Carrying too much, moving too fast, and disconnected from what actually matters to them.

I am currently completing my ICF-certification as Executive & Corporate Coach with a background in engineering, talent development, and holistic practice inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. That combination is unusual and it is exactly what makes this work different.

I do not give advice. I create a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and move forward with real conviction not just momentum. I am also selectively open to senior roles in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or People & Culture where I can bring both my technical background and my coaching practice to an organization that values human performance.
