Darina Nikolova

I am a third-year International Business student at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, Netherlands, and I am currently on an exchange semester in Barcelona, Spain.

Through my studies and experiences, I have developed a particular interest in Human Resources and Finance, and I am eager to explore career and growth opportunities in either of these fields. I have been able to further develop my knowledge and skills in those areas through working on different projects such as developing a talent management plan and a financial statement analysis.

As a student, I am always seeking for new chances to learn and grow and I am excited to explore career opportunities in my fields of interest. I am open to connecting with professionals in those fields and would love to learn more about their experiences and insights.

I worked for 5 months as an Info Desk Assistant at my university where my main tasks involved assisting students, professors, and other staff members; taking phone calls, answering emails, and communicating between different offices and departments. Moreover, I have completed two internships during my high school studies. In July 2020, I worked as an Office Clerk Intern in Marisan & Kolev LTD in Ruse, Bulgaria where I was sorting documents, dealing with invoices, sending and accepting packages on the company's behalf, and performing other clerical tasks.

In July 2021, I went on an Erasmus+ Mobility Placement in Vienna, Austria where I gained professional experience in the fields of Economics and Business and trained in real conditions.

I am currently studying toward my bachelor's degree in International Business in Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen. Previously, I graduated from Vocational School of Economics and Management Elias Canetti, Ruse, Bulgaria with a specialization in Economics and Management.
