OBJECTIVES

I have just finished my longtime dream of getting a university degree. Finishing my degree in English Studies at the University of Barcelona has given me self-worth and confidence that I can achieve anything in life. One of my main objectives is to further my career in the hospitality and service industry. I must pay special attention to the respect and treatment of the establishment's clientele; create a favourable atmosphere of teamwork and comply clearly and rigorously with the demands of my superiors, employers or managers. Being part of the hospitality industry and service industries have given me the incredible opportunity to work in all kinds of businesses and environments: hotels, restaurants and boutique shops where the demands, as well as the expectations, are extremely high. I have lived and work in Mexico, the United States and Spain, each one of these experiences have allowed me to travel the world and develop a highly professional work ethic that has impacted my family's life and my career tremendously.
