I am currently working as a Reservations Agent in a five-star property here in Dublin. In this role, I focus on delivering a seamless booking experience, ensuring attention to detail, personalized service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality that our guests expect.
Over the past few years, I had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Manager in the lobby area, where I was directly involved in guest relations, team supervision, and daily operations. This experience strengthened my leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Prior to that, I worked as a Team Leader, where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to motivate and support a team to consistently achieve high performance standards.
My journey within hospitality has allowed me to grow from a leadership role on the floor to a strategic and detail-oriented position in reservations, giving me a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations from both front-of-house and administrative perspectives.
