As a tourism specialist at Fáilte Ireland, I provide advice and support to visitors and businesses in the tourism sector, using my marketing degree and skills to promote Ireland as a destination of choice. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as local authorities, industry associations, and media outlets, to develop and implement tourism strategies and initiatives that enhance the visitor experience and the economic and social benefits of tourism.

Previously, I worked as an inbound sales specialist at The AA, where I handled inbound and outbound calls to sell insurance products to new and existing customers, achieving high conversion and retention rates. I also contributed to the marketing strategies of Carpeesh, a start-up car insurance company in Melbourne, where I gained valuable experience in using data analytics, policy systems, and user testing tools to review and improve the performance and operations of the business. Taking one year out to travel I am now motivated by learning new skills, embracing challenges, and delivering results that make a positive impact.

Most recent academic training is Bachelors Honours Degree in Marketing 2016 from the National College of Ireland - Grade 2:1
