Engineering Manager

• Managing different teams in different business branches (B2C and B2B)
• Weekly/Biweekly 1:1 with the team members ( set/check goals/actions, bidirectional feedback, coaching… )
• Constant alignment with PM and tech lead (roadmap, OKRs/KPIS definition, sprint planning, task management and prioritization, board management…)
• Team / Individual performance review (bonus assignment, metrics, feedback 360, health checks, goals, action items and opportunities to improve…)
• Constant Alignment and communication with other EMs to improve processes (feedback, performance reviews, calibrations, hiring, 1:1, etc…) , share opportunities and team status (health checks, improvements, conflicts)
• Data analysis and results from the health check / feedback forms.
• Team/Performance Metrics and monthly reports..
• Salary reviews / Promotion plans 
• Scrum/Kanban ceremonies driver ej: Dailies, retrospectives…
• Sourcing and Hiring collaboration with RRHH.
• Monthly/Bimonthly Team buildings organization.
