I consider myself a multifaceted person, with years of experience as a cook, manager, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Since 1996 I’ve been working in kitchens in England and Europe, during that time I developed cooking skills, organizational abilities and logistics structure.
My time in England I trained myself as a vegetarian cook and studied Buddhist philosophy, then in Spain I learn Mediterranean gastronomy and created and ran my own business for 10 years.
Humanity studies in the English Open University, first year approved.
Completed culinary art course in the Hoffman Barcelona academy.
Trained myself in Buddhism and meditation techniques.
