I am passionate about digital transformation, taking my product to the next level, leading changes and initiatives with a data-driven, customer-centric approach and leading collaborative high-performance teams with agile methodology. Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented innovative solutions, and achieved measurable results in terms of improved sales and conversion rates. I have more than 9 years of experience in digital products. I’m an experienced PO/PM during the last 3 years I have been working on e-commerce and marketplace platforms

I’m a committed person, result-oriented, with a data mindset. I had been height light for my leaders as flexible, autonomous, and with a strong ownership of the product I led.

I believe building a great team allows you to generate engagement with the team, with the product, and with the company. It’s relevant for to me work as a team (you need to built that), communicate clearly why we are doing x feature/initiative, and explain the impacts in order to generate continued value for the business and customer.

I studied computer engineer, I have been working on digital products with agile methodology since 2014, I have a certification as scrum master and I did an executive master in digital business.
