I work as a Program Manager leading product development projects in environments where failure is not “an issue”, it’s a serious problem: automotive and other regulated industries.

My core strength is taking complex products from RFQ to SOP, coordinating cross-functional teams: engineering, industrialization, quality, logistics, purchasing and finance, often spread across multiple plants and countries.

I come from the world of passive safety (airbag systems), but the method is transferable: clear requirements, structured risk management, strong focus on quality and compliance, robust industrialization and tight control of timing and cost.

What I bring to any industrial or technology organization:

• End-to-end lifecycle vision: from concept and design to plant and customer.
• Hands-on experience in highly regulated environments and demanding audits.
• Ability to align people who do not report to me directly.
• A mindset of root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement, not endless firefighting
