I consider myself a very proactive person, I don't block myself in the face of a problem but I solve it. Regarding my experience, I consider myself a born salesperson and capable of selling in any type of sector, but I have extensive experience in the Spanish real estate sector.
Monitor the stock and performance of the portfolios for which I am responsible, guaranteeing the correct workout from the assignment of an asset to the team until the sale.
Provide value opinions from the point of view of Real Estate for the definition of the strategy to follow with the asset.
Close collaboration with Asset and Legal and Closing Managers, for the improvement of the activity, as well as contributing to the improvements of processes, reports and systems.
Maintain a good and wide network of real estate collaborators, as well as contribute to its development, to whom assign a portfolio, follow up and monitor the management they make of it.
Together with Property & Facility Management, define the actions / adaptations / Investments (CAPEX) necessary to maximize the value of the assets.
Know the assets, prepare commercial launches, propose prices, monitor commercial activity and propose alternatives and solutions and make decisions to achieve the sale.
Field visits to obtain the necessary data for a correct commercialization of the properties, as well as to maintain a close relationship with the collaborators and understand the changes in the different markets.
Process real estate sales offers (reception of offers, registration in systems, validation and recommendation, process authorization and communication with the Closing Manager.
Management and sale of auction sales and auctions.
