• Guiding a top Spanish private equity firm on a 5-year Strategic Plan and potential exit strategy from a leading Spanish energy company. You led financial workstreams, conducted strategic opportunity analysis, and performed valuation modeling, resulting in an estimated enterprise valuation of €150 million, with €40 million attributed to strategic opportunities.
• Analyzing a request exceeding €100 million to the Solvency Fund for Strategic Companies of SEPI during the Covid-19 context, involving the construction of a valuation model with various scenarios. This included in-depth market analysis, historical data evaluation, and demand elasticity analysis, resulting in an estimated enterprise valuation of approximately €350 million.
• Guiding a Special Situations private equity firm on a distressed acquisition involving a food company in insolvency proceedings, achieving a targeted EBITDA margin of around 9% through the crafting of a comprehensive 5-year Business Plan.
• Providing counsel to a subsidiary of a prominent group operating in the refrigeration sector, where you created a 5-year Business Plan, designed financial reporting tools, and managed a €60 million Intercompany Credit Facility to ensure secure repayment.
• Engaging in various other projects, including a Fairness Opinion to determine the value of a Real Estate Company, facilitation of the divestiture of the TV Business Unit of a TMT Company, and collaboration on a €100 million fundraising project for a leading Beauty company in the MENA Region.
