I am Iza and I am HR passionate. I like working with people and learn from them. I try to see every challenge as an opportunity to grow. Currently, I am focusing on Talent Acquisition field and would like to seek new possibilities that will enable me to develop my skills.
I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Trainee since 1.5 year in Ecolab, where I am mainly responsible for conducting recruitment processes, support to EU countries : Poland, Spain, France, Belgium, UK and Ireland, with main focus on Germany. Before that I used to work as a TA Intern as well in Ecolab, HR Manager's Assistant in Poland and Language and Organizational Support in Malta.
