- Expanded the base of the on-property sales department. Meaning expanding the rate structure,
cost of spaces rented to ensure the resort was reaching its fair share post pandemic.
- Strengthened the proposal tools used in the sales process to expedite responses (Q9).
- Maximize agreements, by upselling, and adjusting terms of agreed services.
- Monitor performance of the sales support teams responsible for the leisure travel segment,
for South America, US and Europe.
- Support and guide sales procedures for the Marriott International Group Cluster.
- Work with the brand GSO’s on client portfolio (leads, requests).
- Organized and sponsored familiarization trips for potential clients.
- Responsible for on-site entertainment of clients for networking purposes.
- Develop revenue reports of the sales activities, groups, and programs that the sales associates work on.
