I am familiar with BYD DM-i, Han EV, Tang DM-i, Song DM models, skilled in high-voltage system inspection, DC fast charging fault diagnosis, air conditioning system maintenance, vehicle wiring harness troubleshooting and regular vehicle maintenance. I possess solid hands-on repair skills, able to read automotive circuit diagrams, use multimeters and professional diagnostic equipment.

Automotive Aftersales Technician at BYD Authorised Service Centre (2021-01 – Present)

• Complete routine maintenance for fuel vehicles, hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair high voltage systems, battery packs, motor controllers, on-board chargers.
• Troubleshoot DC fast charging failure, CAN communication faults, cooling system leaks.
• Carry out air conditioning vacuum pumping, nitrogen pressure testing, refrigerant filling and leak detection.
• Read wiring diagrams, measure harness signals, locate circuit break points and fix wiring faults.
• Follow workshop safety procedures, especially high-voltage safety operation standards for new energy vehicles.
• Record repair reports, communicate technical problems with customers clearly.
