The program emphasized evidence-based practice, workforce planning, and change management, equipping me with the ability to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. In addition, i hold a Change Management certification from the Prosci Institute, and i am also a Certified Coach.
I recently became a Fellow of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personel nad Development CIPD.reflects mastery in strategic people management, organizational development, and workforce planning, as well as a commitment to ethical leadership and professional excellence. It affirms my ability to influence at board level, shape HR policy, and drive transformation across complex, multicultural organizations. I am also a volunteer CIPD mentor with currently one mentee under my wing.
