As Senior IT Project Manager | Scrum Master, I lead projects globally from conception to delivery, ensuring success in terms of scope, quality, time and cost. I have extensive experience in planning and developing IT infrastructure projects, effectively coordinating the necessary resources to guarantee their correct execution.

My focus is on working closely with development, sales and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting customer expectations and requirements.

The department where I worked was the Technology Projects department in the PMO office, which was responsible for managing all technology projects at Correo Argentino.

As an IT Project Manager, I plan and execute infrastructure projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies. I facilitate Scrum meetings and ceremonies, keep the project backlog updated and visible, and promote continuous improvement of the Scrum team and work processes. I identify and mitigate risks and establish effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and interested parties to ensure project success.

I am currently studying for a degree in Software Engineering, I also have a Master's in Website Engineering from TECH Universidad Tecnológica.
