- Contract negotiation: with transport and logistics service providers to ensure the best rates and conditions.
- Direct communication with clients (Shipowners and Charterers) regarding loading and unloading dates at the port and any operational issues that may arise.
- Supervision of the correct documentation issued during dispatch on board with the Captain once commercial operations are completed.
- Central role in maintaining the product supply chain (loading or unloading) efficiently, safely, and profitably, constantly interacting with various parties (Terminal, Shipowners, Charterers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities).
