I’m a hospitality and revenue management professional with experience across hotels and coliving, both in Argentina and Spain. Currently, I work at SmartRental Group in Madrid as a Revenue Strategy Specialist, where I focus on maximizing revenue for short- and long-term rental units, analyzing demand trends, and improving coordination between Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams.
Previously, I held several roles at Puerto Norte Design Hotel in Rosario, growing from Front Desk and Guest Relations to Revenue & Reservations Manager and Operations Coordinator. Throughout these positions, I developed strong skills in revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancement.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and have complemented my education with courses in SQL, Front-End Development, and Customer Service. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and have working knowledge of Portuguese, French, and Italian.
