Project Manager for the purchasing area of a leading company in the retail sector. My main role was to analyze purchasing processes, look for improvement opportunities, and adapt the ERP system to the area's needs. Project owner of ContractManagement Tool Project, which consisted in developing (with a 3-party)a digital tool to manage contracts with our suppliers (automating contract creations, help-desk bot configuration, aligning with legal area in specific law requirements, and the integration with JDE and the Supplier Portal).
