Małgorzata Stano

I'm actively seeking remote or hybrid (from Barcelona) opportunities as a Junior Frontend Developer. As a self-motivated individual, I have a strong drive for continuous development and growth. My journey began as a self-taught enthusiast, and I have since acquired advanced knowledge in HTML and CSS, along with a foundation in JavaScript.

Currently, I'm expanding my skills by diving into advanced frameworks like React. Additionally, I'm constantly enhancing my expertise through various courses, covering topics such as Git, Database, and SQL.

With a rich background of living, working, and studying in six different countries, I bring a diverse perspective to my work. Previous roles as a Trainer, Educator, and Client Support Specialist have nurtured my quick-learning abilities, teamwork aptitude, and genuine eagerness to acquire new knowledge. Fluent in four languages, I excel in international environments and possess exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.

As a Frontend Developer, my professional goal is to merge my passion for technology with my desire to make a positive impact on society, particularly in the education sector. Drawing from my Clifton Strengths assessment, I possess key strengths such as Learner, Woo, Developer, Includer, and Positivity, which fuel my ability to build strong relationships and foster collaborative environments.

I'm enthusiastic about connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring new opportunities, and contributing my skills to meaningful projects.
