My role is director of IT for a multinational B2B2C Fintech that offers companies financial health for their employees. Our services include earnings on demand, savings, and financial education in international markets. As IT Director, I align business with development and manage an international technology team (Spanish, UK, Ukrainian). Using best practices in methodology and development, I ensure that the correct platform architecture is applied on AWS. Furthermore, I provide pre-sales technical support and work closely with clients to ensure the platforms are integrated correctly.
