I developed a strong background in preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as managing transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment. During my time there, I honed my skills in customer service, effective communication, and teamwork in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

In this role, I have supervised groups of children between the ages of 7 and 10. I have organized activities, classes and games in English during the day. This experience has opened my mind to all kinds of challenges; It has taught me how to work consistently and the importance of seriousness in the workplace.
It has also helped me strengthen other skills, such as time management, creativity to think about how to solve unexpected problems and understand people; as well as my ability to meet their needs and keep a cool head when the situation calls for it.

I researched and synthesized complex themes including interculturalism, multiculturalism, and "crossing boundaries."
