In this job I served drinks and snacks in a bar in Glasgow (Paloma lounge). In this job I learned to work cooperatively with my colleagues. The bar is one of the best in the area so there are customers at all times, and the work is demanding.

I developed a strong background in preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as managing transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment. During my time there, I honed my skills in customer service, effective communication, and teamwork in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

English Camp Monitor at English Plus (2024-07 – 2024-08)

In this role, I have supervised groups of children between the ages of 7 and 10. I have organized activities, classes and games in English during the day. This experience has opened my mind to all kinds of challenges; It has taught me how to work consistently and the importance of seriousness in the workplace.

It has also helped me strengthen other skills, such as time management, creativity to think about how to solve unexpected problems and understand people; as well as my ability to meet their needs and keep a cool head when the situation calls for it.

Teaching English to students has aligned well with both my language skills and my intuition about their needs. This role has helped me feel more comfortable building relationships in less social and individual settings. Being a private tutor has also given me the freedom to explore my creativity and experiment with different teaching methods tailored to each student's unique characteristics.

It's a role where I see myself continually developing my skills and learning from my interactions with clients, qualities that I value highly in any work environment.

During a month as a Receptionist at I quickly became familiar with the management of the first line of customer service, including receiving visitors, handling phone calls and basic coordination of the agenda. This experience allowed me to apply and strengthen my interpersonal communication, organization, and proactivity skills in a dynamic professional environment.

English teacher (A2 level) at Las Navas Public School in Tolosa at English Plus (2025-02 – 2025-06)

For this work, I was provided with Cambridge A2 materials and a structured study plan. I have guided students through various exam assignments, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening exercises. In addition to following the curriculum, I have created fun, engaging, and content-adaptive activities to increase student motivation and confidence.

Although not all activities are accepted, this role has pushed me to explore new strategies to address students' lack of engagement with my original plans.

Intercultural Ambassador at University of Leeds (2025-11 – 05-2026)

For this job, I collaborated within a team under university mentorship to develop a comprehensive project on global sociology. I researched and synthesized complex themes including interculturalism, multiculturalism, and "crossing boundaries." I delivered professional presentations to audiences of 16-year-old students, facilitating discussions on cultural identity and social integration. And finally I engaged in public speaking and pedagogical skills while working within a strict academic timeline.
