Achievement of the first API plant GMP certificate for the company.
Trained new and junior QA and QC personnel. Creation of SMF and supplier’s audits/qualification/homologation.
Batch release and management of deviations, OOS, complaints...
Coordinated new projects, processes and suppliers. Coordinated testing and stability plans.

Created a new department and reduced the number of deviations, claims and Production CAPAs in 3 months.
