En cuanto a experiencia, además de mi trabajo actual en el área de Car rental de Booking.com, también he tenido experiencias anteriores en roles relacionados con el servicio al cliente y soporte técnico en diferentes industrias.
En cuanto a habilidades, además de las mencionadas anteriormente, tengo experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira y Trello, así como en metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban. También tengo conocimientos en sistemas operativos como Windows y Linux, y habilidades en el manejo de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
Además, poseo habilidades interpersonales sólidas, como la capacidad de comunicarme de manera efectiva tanto con colegas como con clientes, trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera colaborativa.
