Change management and establishment of new ways of working while ensuring a smooth transition of the European fixed asset controlling function to the UK, coordination and elaboration of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to reflect process automation and simplification.
Supervision and coordination of the execution of the tasks undertaken by the team based in Romania (Genpact). Management and approval of IPEP provision, valuation of disposals and impairments, maintenance of management and statutory fixed asset register ensuring consistency and accuracy when performing write-offs following audits in service centres and at retailers and distributors.

Finance supply chain accountant - Chep Spain (March 2015 – April 2017)

Responsible for Europe supply chain costs analysis and direct cost accounting (transportation and operational costs as well as other direct costs, including investments), execution and analysis of assessment cycles of monthly processes, guaranteeing data accuracy.
