• Comexposium : Strategic Marketing Manager (June 2023 - Present)
  • In charge of the Food B2B trade shows portfolio, I develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. Led the marketing strategic repositioning of the world’s largest food and beverage trade show. Led a strategy deep dive for a declining trade show and converted the learnings into an actionable strategy plan, resulting in a raise of +11% in visitors on year 1. Introduced innovative tracking and analyzing tools in-show that transformed declarative data into behavioral data, allowing better goal setting and decision-making for next editions.
• Hammerson : Insights Manager (June 2019 - April 2022)
  • Responsible for consumer, customer and market knowledge and trends for the French market, counting seven shopping malls. Rolled out a unified strategy to analyze marketing performance across the portfolio, with 20+ studies achieving +7% in footfall by the second year. Directed monthly meetings sharing key figures and learnings to the management board (C-suite). Forecasted potential brands sales, leading to multimillion euros lease deals.
• Bacardi Martini : Consumer Insights Manager France Italy & Greece (June 2017 - May 2019) 
  • Conducted international studies on consumer behavior trends and re-packaging national studies. Implemented upgraded consumer behavior data charts and optimized monthly reporting. Lead a new insights initiative to gain brand image data through social listening for all brands.
